His firm serves clients nationwide, assisting small and medium-sized businesses and individuals with complex tax needs.
Born and raised in South Dade, a proud Floridan, Paul is the first-generation son of Cuban Exiles who fled communism and political oppression. He attended the University of Miami, earning a degree in Finance. His undergraduate degree is further complimented and enhanced by an MBA in Accounting.
After marrying Valerie Clarke of Oviedo, Paul and Valerie made Central Florida their permanent home. Valerie’s distinguished career includes over fifteen years with the Florida Legislature in the House & Senate, and she now serves as a civilian with a prominent law enforcement agency.
Paul’s commitment to community service is evident through his involvement in local organizations. He is very active in the Rotary Club of Winter Springs, a member of the Citizens’ Advisory Committee at the Winter Springs Police Department, and voted unanimously by the City Commission to sit on the Winter Springs Parks and Recreation Board. Paul’s dedication to the community extends further as a member of the South Seminole Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons in Casselberry and a Perpetual Member in good standing of the Grand Lodge of Florida.
Paul and Valerie share their home with their son "P.J.", a Disney Cast Member, and their four rescued pets: Chelsea, an Australian Shepherd & Paul's trusted companion; JJ, a domestic longhaired cat; Riley, a domestic shorthair cat; and Barron, a polydactyl tuxedo cat.

His goals include enhancing financial transparency, fostering economic development, and ensuring that Winter Springs remains a beautiful place to live, work, and play for future generations.
